As a lover of great food, I am continuously in search of the ultimate restaurant, or to break it down further - the ideal dish. I have therefore decided to create a blog that documents this search.
I live between Hong Kong and London, and as a result the majority of my posts will feature restaurants in and around these two great food capitals. However whenever I travel elsewhere in the world, the meals at every carefully researched restaurant I visit in each place will also be documented.
From a reader’s perspective, the aim of this blog is to provide a non-biased review of the hot new restaurants in Hong Kong and London, as well as to allow the reader to cut a few corners in finding the ‘ultimate’ dish in various categories in each of these two cities. In addition, I hope that my blog will serve as a source of reference for readers when planning a trip abroad.
